Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (upper age limit up to 30 years)
OBC-NC: 3 years relaxation (upper age limit up to 28 years)
PwBD: 10 years relaxation (upper age limit up to 35 years)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation with minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC candidates and 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Engineering Graduates in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation disciplines who have completed their degree on or after 01-04-2023 are eligible to apply. Candidates who completed their engineering before 01-04-2023 are not eligible for apprenticeship training.
Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 to 25 years of age as on 02-03-2026.
Salary/ Stipend
Candidates selected for the Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) position will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000/-. Out of this amount, ₹20,500/- will be disbursed by HPCL, while ₹4,500/- will be credited directly to the apprentices by the Government of India under the DBT scheme.
