Eligibility Criteria
Nationality / Citizenship
A candidate must fulfill one of the following conditions:

Must be a citizen of India, OR
-
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, OR
-
A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, OR
-
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries and possesses an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India (where applicable).
Educational Qualification (as on 01 March 2026)

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a university recognized or approved by the Government of India or regulatory bodies such as UGC / AICTE.

60% for General / EWS / OBC candidates

Only a diploma qualification will not be considered valid; candidates must possess a complete graduation degree.

Applicants must have valid semester-wise or consolidated mark sheets, along with a degree or provisional degree certificate issued on or before 01 March 2026.

Candidates should also have basic proficiency in computers / information technology, as required for banking operations.

Salary
Candidates appointed as Grade “O” officers will receive an attractive salary package. The Cost to Company (CTC) at the time of joining is expected to be approximately ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh per annum for postings in Class A cities.
Selected candidates will be covered under the IDBI Bank New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS), 2011, as amended from time to time.
Career Growth / Promotion
Employees appointed in Grade “O” may become eligible for promotion to Grade “A” after completing 3 years of service, subject to their performance, availability of vacancies, and the bank’s promotion policy. This provides good career growth opportunities for candidates in the banking sector.
