Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Minimum Service: Minimum 05 (Five) years regular service in the respective Department as on 30.11.2025.

Initial Appointment: Initial appointment in parent organization/department done through direct recruiting agency.

Speed in Shorthand:

English: 60 WPM

Hindi: 60 WPM

Speed in Typing on Computer:

English: 35 WPM

Hindi: 30 WPM

Salary/Stipend

The selected candidates will be posted in H.P. Secretariat on secondment basis in their own pay scale.

Selection Process

The candidates will be required to qualify shorthand test either in Hindi or English in the first instance.

Along with typing test on computer in English as well as Hindi.
