HPRCA Hamirpur TGT Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 937 Vacancies
HP TGT Arts Commission 2025 will be contract-based. They include 425 positions for HP TGT Arts 343 for TGT Non-Medical, and 169 for TGT Medical. During the previous legislative session, the Education Minister disclosed that 16,468 TGT positions were sanctioned in schools, out of which 781 are currently vacant.
The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA), Hamirpur, has officially announced the recruitment drive for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) positions in Medical, Non-Medical, and Arts streams. A total of 937 vacancies have been made available under this notification.

Education Qualification
Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) (As Trainee) - Post Code 25001
Educational Qualification:
- BA/B.Com./Post Graduation (in any discipline) with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation and B.Ed. (1 or 2 year) from NCTE recognized institution.
- OR Post Graduation with minimum 55% marks and three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from NCTE recognized institution.
- OR Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / B.A. Education / B.A.B.Ed.
- OR BA/B.Com with 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
- AND Pass in TET by HP Board or authorized agency.
Other Conditions:
- Matric and 10+2 from institutions in Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
- Desirable: Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh customs, dialects, and suitability for local conditions.
Notes:
- Graduation marks not applicable for candidates enrolled in B.Ed. before July 29, 2011.
- 5% relaxation in qualifications and TET marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD of H.P.
- B.Ed. through M.A./M.Sc. allowed if candidate has 50% marks.
- Follow latest NCTE norms published before advertisement date.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Non-Medical)/Post Graduation (M.Sc. in science) with 50% in either and B.Ed. (1/2 year) from NCTE recognized institution.

Mode of Selection
The selection will be made through a Computer Based Test / Written Screening Test of 100 marks with a duration of 2 hours, as decided by the Aayog.
The test will be of objective type, consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions carrying ½ mark each.
