Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we sell digital products — ebooks, PDFs, notes, test series and online courses — refunds work differently than physical goods. Here's exactly what to expect.

In short: all our ebooks, PDFs, notes and test series are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, since they can be downloaded/viewed instantly. Course refunds, where offered, follow the specific eligibility window mentioned on that course's page.

01General policy

All products sold on HP Govt Job — ebooks, downloadable PDFs, notes, online test series, and video-based online courses — are digital, non-physical goods. Under Indian consumer protection norms, digital products that have been downloaded, unlocked, or accessed are generally treated as non-returnable, since the content cannot be "returned" once viewed. This policy sets out the specific exceptions where a refund may still apply.

02Ebooks, PDFs, notes & test series

Once a download link is generated, an email/PDF is delivered, or a test series is unlocked in your dashboard, the purchase is treated as final. This is because these products can be copied and consumed instantly, and there is no way to reliably "return" a digital copy once it has been accessed. We therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products except in the limited cases listed under "When a refund IS given" below.

03Online courses

Course refund eligibility (if any) — including the refund window in days and the maximum percentage of content you may have viewed to remain eligible — is specific to each course and is stated clearly on that course's sales/checkout page at the time of purchase. If no refund window is mentioned on a course page, that course is sold as non-refundable, same as our other digital products.

04When a refund IS given

We will refund you in full if any of the following happens:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
Payment was deducted from your bank/UPI/card but the order did not reflect as successful and access was never granted.
The product/course you received is materially different from what was advertised on the page.
A course specifically advertises a money-back window, and you request a refund within that window and stated conditions.
A technical fault on our end permanently prevents you from accessing content you paid for, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

05When a refund is NOT given

You changed your mind after purchasing/downloading an ebook, PDF, notes, or test series.
You found similar or free material elsewhere after buying from us.
You did not clear the exam/test you were preparing for.
You purchased the wrong course/product by mistake without checking the description.
You have already consumed a significant portion of a course beyond the stated refund-eligible limit.
Your login/access was restricted due to a violation of our Terms (e.g. sharing your account or content with others).
The refund window mentioned on the course page has already passed.

06How to request a refund

Email us within the eligible windowWrite to latesthpgovtjob@gmail.com with your registered email, order ID/transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.

We verify your orderOur team checks your payment record and, for courses, your content-access percentage against the stated eligibility conditions.

You get a decision by emailWe confirm whether your request is approved, and share the expected refund timeline.

07Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount is credited back to your original payment method through our payment gateway. This typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider, and is outside of our direct control once initiated.

08Order cancellation

Because access to digital products and courses is granted immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the checkout page — you will not be charged.

09Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and will apply to purchases made after the update.
